Return Policy Details

No Restocking Fees
Pacific Barcode does not charge restocking fees with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Unopened Items
All unopened items except special order or custom printed items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Opened/Used Items
Opened or used consumables such as ribbons, printheads and labels are not eligible for return.

Special Order Items.
Special Order items may not be returned for refund.

Preprinted or Customized Items
Pacific Barcode, Inc. represents that it has exercised normal care in the manufacture and shipment all materials including labels, graphics and/or services (“products”). It shall be the buyer’s obligation to fully inspect the product in order to determine whether or not they conform to the buyer’s specifications with respect to accuracy, quality, quantity and suitability for the buyer’s intended use. If, upon inspection, the buyer discovers an alleged defect, or upon evidence that the products are incompatible with a scanning device utilized by the buyer or its customers, Pacific Barcode Inc.’s sole obligation, at its option, shall be to either replace the products or refund the purchase price paid and shall have no further obligation to the buyer. Pacific Barcode Inc. assumes no responsibility for damages or defects resulting from storage or use of the products. Pacific Barcode Inc. shall not be obligated to replace or refund the purchase price unless the products are promptly inspected by the buyer and the buyer notifies Pacific Barcode Inc. promptly.

Defective Merchandise (DOA-Out of Box Failure)
Notify us within 30 days for all DOA and/or out-of-box damaged goods to start the RMA process. We will let you know whether you need to send the item back to Pacific Barcode or the manufacturer directly.

Returns Process
In order to return items, you need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by calling us at 1-800-508-2535, or by sending an email request to sales@pacificbarcode.com.

By email, please include your company name, invoice number, serial number, and nature of the problem. We’ll provide you with an RMA number to use when sending us your returned product. Note: RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days.

RMA – Product Return Requirements:
All product returns require a valid RMA number. All returned items must be packaged in the original manufacturer’s packaging (both inside and outside) including manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc. The original packaging should have no writing on it and the returned item must be clean, without scratches or visible signs of use.
